Unless modified by the court, all court orders referred to in this title shall be filed according to the following minimum notice and procedure:
A. The chief of police or his authorized representative shall petition the court for the desired action.
B. The petition for the action, together with supporting affidavits, shall be served on the party against whom the action is taken at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. (Ord. 90-005, 1990)
