5.40.040: COMPLIANCE WITH CITY, STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS:

Every driver licensed under this chapter shall comply with all city, state and federal laws. Failure to do so will justify the suspension or revocation of the taxicab's owner/operator license by the city. (Ord. 2008-001, 2008)
