Every driver licensed under this chapter shall post his or her taxicab driver's license in such a place as to be in full view of all passengers while such driver is operating a taxicab, and shall exhibit the license upon demand of any police officer, license inspector, any authorized agent of the business license office of the city, or any other person authorized by the mayor to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Taxicabs must be conspicuously identified as such on the exterior of vehicle. (Ord. 2008-001, 2008)
