5.08.010: STATE STATUTE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE:
For purposes of alcoholic beverage control within the corporate limits of the city, the city hereby incorporates herein the provisions of Utah Code Annotated section 32A-1-101 et seq., the Utah alcoholic beverage control act. (Ord. 2008-001, 2008)
