5.04.100: TRANSFER AND USE OF LICENSES:
It is unlawful for any licensee to sell, transfer or assign any license issued under the provisions of this title. It shall be unlawful for a licensee to allow or permit any other person, firm or corporation to conduct business on its premises without obtaining additional business licenses. (Ord. 2008-001, 2008)
