Purchases of supplies or equipment for the personal use of an official or employee of the city shall be made only when the items are necessary components, parts or accessories to or for the city's equipment used by the official/employee. Other personal purchases shall not be permitted, and will be cause for termination or other disciplinary action. (Ord. 2004-004, 2004)
