1.20.010: PERSONS DEEMED PRINCIPALS IN MISDEMEANORS WHEN:
All persons concerned in the commission of an act defined by the ordinances in this code to be a misdemeanor, whether they directly commit the act constituting the offense, or aid and abet in its commission or, not being present, have advised and encouraged its commission, and all persons counseling, advising or encouraging children under the age of fourteen (14) years, lunatics or idiots to commit any act defined as a misdemeanor in this code, or who, by fraud, contrivance or force, occasion the drunkenness of another for the purpose of causing him to commit any such misdemeanor or who, by threats, menaces, command or coercion, compels another to commit any such misdemeanor, are principals in the misdemeanor so committed.
