3.08.060: INTERLOCAL PURCHASING AGREEMENTS:
The city shall have the power to enter into joint purchase agreements with any or all other public agencies in the state for the purchase of any supplies, equipment or services wherein it is determined by the city council to be in the best interest of the city. (Ord. 2004-004, 2004)
