A. Included Services: Contracts for professional services shall be awarded at the discretion of the city council, upon recommendation of the appropriate staff and mayor, for services which include, but are not limited to:
1. Auditing;
2. Banking;
3. Insurance;
4. Engineering;
5. Architecture;
6. Legal.
B. Criteria: Contracts shall be awarded at the discretion of the city council, based on the evaluation of professional qualifications, service ability, cost of service, and other criteria deemed applicable by the mayor and council. (Ord. 2004-004, 2004)
