3.08.020: FINANCE DIRECTOR; ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY:
The finance director 1 shall administer the purchasing system provided in this chapter. He or she shall perform the duties and have powers concerning purchasing matters in accordance with Utah Code Annotated section 10-6-122. (Ord. 2004-004, 2004)
