§ 50.27 PREPARATION OF MATERIALS. 
   Proper preparation of each recyclable material shall be as follows.
   (A)   Aluminum shall be free of dirt and liquid but need not be crushed.
   (B)   Tin cans shall have the paper labels removed, rinsed, and flattened, if possible.
   (C)   Glass shall be cleaned of all metal rings and lids. Paper labels need not be removed and the glass shall not be broken.
   (D)   Newspapers shall be kept dry and put in a bundle.
   (E)   Plastics need only be rinsed and flattened if possible.
