All compostable, recyclable and landfill materials shall be collected and picked up by the contractor at the same site. The times of the collection and pick-up of the categories of refuse shall be included in a written notification to the residents and commercial establishments of the city, including a calendar indicating the dates on which various categories of refuse shall be collected by the contractor.
