(A) Recyclable materials, landfill materials and compostable materials shall be separated and deposited in separate refuse containers, and shall each be identified by affixing a colored sticker (to be furnished by the city) to the appropriate refuse container, as follows.
(1) Green: indicates recyclable materials container.
(2) Red: indicates landfill materials container.
(3) Yellow: indicates compostable materials container.
(B) Green recycling bins may also be used for recyclable materials, and shall be available for purchase from the city at the office of the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer.
