(A) The exterior surface of all structures within the city shall be covered with an exterior-grade material. This may include painted/treated wood or wood-type products, cement board siding products, woods that naturally resist decay, steel or vinyl siding, brick, stone, stucco or other generally accepted exterior grade materials.
(B) The roofs of all structures within the city shall be covered with a permanent roofing material. This may include composition shingles, ribbed steel sheets, steel shingles, rubber membrane roofing, clay or slate tile or other generally accepted roofing material.
