§ 33.41 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is established a perpetual and permanent public charitable trust fund for the city for recreational, health and athletic purposes, to be officially called and known as “The City of Preston Recreation, Health and Athletic Public Charitable Trust Fund,” hereinafter referred to as the Trust Fund.
