Notes: *PUD requirements in §§ 155.165 through 155.170, for all districts. (1) Refer to §§ 155.080 through 155.091 for mobile home park standards. (2) The required minimum total area for commercial industrial uses shall be necessary to meet the stipulated yard setback and all parking, loading, buffer or other space requirements set forth in this chapter pertaining to the subject areas. (3) There shall be two side yards for buildings not exceeding 30 feet in height, each yard having a width of not less than 15 feet.
