§ 155.251 PUBLIC HEARING; NOTIFICATION.
   Upon receipt in proper form of the application and other requested material, the Planning Commission shall hold at least one public hearing in a location to be prescribed by the Planning Commission. At least ten days in advance of each hearing, a notice of the hearing shall be published in the official newspaper of the city and like notification at least ten days prior to the hearing to the owner or owners of property within 350 feet of the subject property. Notices of hearings shall be posted at the City Hall and in one other public place at least ten days prior to the public hearing. This notice shall describe the particular conditional use, date, time and place of the hearing. The City Assessor’s current tax record shall be deemed sufficient for the location or certification of ownership of the adjacent properties.
