(A) Off-street parking areas of sufficient size to provide parking for patrons, customers, suppliers, visitors and employees shall be provided on the premises of each use.
(B) The minimum number of required on-site parking spaces for various uses shall be as follows.
(1) One and two-family dwellings. Two parking spaces per family. No garage shall be converted into living space unless other acceptable on-site parking spaces are provided.
(2) Multiple dwellings. Two parking spaces for each apartment, except housing for the elderly projects, which shall provide 0.3 parking spaces for each dwelling unit.
(3) Lodging, rooming and boarding houses, tourist homes, bed and breakfasts, cabins or motels. One parking space for each guest or sleeping room or suite; plus three spaces for the owner or manager, if resident on the premises.
(4) Hotels. One parking space for each room or suite; plus, two spaces for each five employees.
(5) Manufactured home parks. Two off-street parking spaces for each manufactured home berth.
(6) Travel trailer courts or camps. One and one-half parking spaces for each trailer space.
(7) Private clubs or lodges. Parking spaces equal in number to not less than 20% of the active membership thereof; plus one space for each employee of the club or lodge.
(8) Hospitals, sanitariums, convalescent homes. One parking space for each two beds (excluding bassinets); plus one for each staff or visiting doctor; plus one for each two employees, including nurses. Loading and unloading space for all emergency vehicles is not included in the space herein.
(9) Mortuaries or funeral parlors. One parking space for all official vehicles plus one parking space for each family in residence on the premises; plus one space for each 35 square feet of seating area.
(10) Community centers, libraries, museums, post offices, civic clubs and similar uses. One parking space for each two employees; plus one parking space for each 500 square feet of floor area.
(11) Dance hall. One space for each 35 square feet of dance floor area; plus one space for each two employees.
(12) Bowling alleys. Five parking spaces for each bowling lane, plus one parking space for each two employees.
(13) Miniature golf course, archery or golf driving range. Ten parking spaces or one parking space for each practice area, whichever is greater.
(14) Convention halls, auditoriums, theaters, stadiums, sports arenas or similar uses. One parking space for each four seats based upon design capacity, plus one parking space for each two employees.
(15) Churches. One parking space for each four seats based on the design capacity of the main seating area.
(16) Medical and dental clinics and similar professional offices. Four parking spaces, plus one space for each 500 square feet of floor area over 1,000 square feet.
(17) Golf courses, golf clubhouses, country clubs, swimming clubs, tennis clubs, public swimming pools. Twenty spaces, plus one space for each 500 square feet of floor area in the principal structure.
(18) Auto sales, trailer sales, marine and boat sales, implement sales, garden supply stores, building material sales, auto repair. Six parking spaces plus one parking space for each 500 square feet of floor area over 1,000 square feet.
(19) Retail sales and service establishments. One parking space for each 100 square feet of floor area.
(20) Restaurants, night clubs, tearooms, lunch counters. One parking space for each 100 square feet of gross floor area.
(21) Schools.
(a) Elementary. One and one-half parking spaces for each classroom.
(b) Senior high. One parking space for each classroom, plus one space for each five students, based on design capacity.
(22) Office, professional or public buildings. One parking space for each 250 square feet of gross floor area.
(23) Automobile service stations. Four parking spaces plus two parking spaces for each service stall. Parking spaces shall be in addition to the gas pump service area.
(24) Drive-in restaurants. Twenty parking spaces or one space for each 20 square feet of floor area, whichever is greater.
(25) General business, commercial and personal service establishments. One parking space per 400 square feet of gross floor area.
(26) Shopping centers. Where several business uses are grouped together according to a general development plan, five parking spaces shall be provided on site for each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area; separate on-site space shall be provided for loading and unloading.
(27) Industrial or manufacturing establishment and storage, wholesale or warehouse establishments. One off-street parking space for each two employees on the major shift, or one parking space for each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area within the building, whichever is greater; plus one space for each company motor vehicle when customarily kept on the premises.
