(A) No driveway or curb cuts in any district shall exceed 35 feet in width.
(B) All parking areas shall be paved with an asphaltic or concrete surfacing, afford adequate drainage and shall have bumper guards where needed.
(C) The operator of the principal building or use shall maintain parking and loading areas, access drives and yard areas in a neat and adequate manner.
