The following uses may be permitted subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit as provided in §§ 155.250 through 155.254.
(A) Uses of similar character to, but not listed with those uses in § 155.151(A).
(B) Extraction, processing and storage of sand, gravel, stone and other raw material.
(C) Junk yards and salvage yards, provided that they are properly screened and further provided they meet the standards of the state.
