(A) All buildings, including accessory buildings shall not cover more than 25% of the manufactured home park area.
(B) There shall be a minimum setback of 50 feet between the property line of any manufactured home park and any use within the park. This area shall act as a buffer zone and shall be landscaped according to a landscape plan to be submitted for review by the Planning Commission. No fence shall be allowed within the setback area.
