(A) A minimum area of five acres shall be required for a manufactured home park, and shall not be less 150 feet in width.
(B) There shall be a maximum density of six manufactured home units per gross acre in a manufactured home park.
(C) A minimum of 500 square feet per manufactured unit shall be provided for definite play areas and open space within the manufactured home park. Areas of open space or play area shall not be included within the required buffer area around the park, nor shall they include any area of less than ¼- acre in size.
