(A) Public and private schools having a regular course of study accredited by the State Department of Education.
(B) Churches, chapels, temples, synagogues, convents, seminaries, monasteries and nunneries.
(C) Cemeteries.
(D) Publicly-owned buildings or structures, utility buildings, telephone exchanges, transformer stations and substations, but not including yards (storage) or similar facilities.
(E) The development of structures that enable the tiering of manufactured home units to a height not exceeding 35 feet or the sum of the combined height of three manufactured home units. Developments of this nature shall not increase the maximum density of units per acre beyond 25% greater than otherwise established herein.
