The following shall be permitted accessory uses in a Manufactured Home Park.
(A) Uses incidental or accessory to the operation of a manufactured home park, provided the uses are only for the benefit and convenience of the occupants of the manufactured home park and approved by the Planning Commission. The uses shall not occupy more than 10% of the area of the park.
(B) Privately-owned recreation facilities, such as swimming pools or tennis courts for the use of residents and guests.
(C) Private garages.
(D) Tool houses and sheds or similar buildings for the storage of domestic supplies.
