§ 154.004 AMENDMENTS.
   The procedures for amending this chapter shall be identical to those followed for amending the Zoning Ordinance, as defined in §§ 154.015 through 154.018. Public hearings shall be held consistent with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, with any amendments approved by the City Council.
