§ 153.115 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.

A Zoning Administrator designated by the governing body shall administer and enforce this chapter. If the Zoning Administrator finds a violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Zoning Administrator

shall notify the person responsible for the violation in accordance with the procedures stated in § 153.119.
