The revised Flood Insurance Study for the city prepared by the Federal Insurance Administration, the revised Official Zoning Map together with all materials attached thereto, including the revised Flood Boundary and Floodway Map and revised Flood Insurance Rate Map with effective dates of November 2, 1994, shall be adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.
