(A) At the first regular meeting in January, the Park Board shall elect a Chairperson, and a Vice- Chairperson from among its own members each for a term of one year. The board shall also choose a Secretary either from among its own members or otherwise, for a term of one year.
(B) The Park Board shall hold at least one meeting each month at the time and place as they may fix by resolution. Special meetings may be called at any time by the Chairperson, or in the case of the Chairperson’s absence, by the Vice-Chairperson.
(C) Written minutes of meetings shall be kept and filed with the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer prior to the new regularly scheduled City Council meeting, but shall be subject to the approval at the next Park Board Commission meeting.
(D) Expenditures by the Park Board may be made accordingly but must make quarterly reports available to the City Council and file an annual statement of receipts and disbursements with the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer.
