(A) Injunctive relief. If, after investigation, the city should detect that any person, firm or corporation has violated any of the terms of this chapter, the city may commence an action for appropriate legal or equitable relief including injunctive relief against the person or persons determined to have violated this chapter.
(B) Costs of damage. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage caused by the violation. Expenses and damages shall include costs for any cleaning repair, or replacement work caused by the violation. Any refusal to pay the assessed costs shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
