(A) The Minnesota Plumbing Code, M.S. Chapter 4715, as it may be amended from time to time, is adopted by reference and made a part of this section as if fully set forth herein. Before publication of this section and at all times thereafter, the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer shall have filed in his or her office an official copy of the code for the use and examination of any interested person or persons.
(B) The city shall have the right to refuse or prevent connection or use of the city water or sewer systems to any person, firm or corporation who shall fail to comply or adhere to the terms and provisions of this code.
