Any person who shall destroy, mutilate, injure or remove any tomb, monument, gravestone, building or structure placed in any cemetery within the city, or any fence, railing or other work for the
protection or ornament thereof, or who shall willfully destroy or injure any tree, shrub, plant or flower therein, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be subject to the terms of § 130.99.
