§ 130.02 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY.

Any person or persons who shall in any manner destroy, injure or mutilate any property, real or personal, belonging to the city or under its control, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to the terms of § 130.99.
