(A) No person shall issue in the city any check, draft, or order for the payment of money or the delivery of property, knowing that he or she is not entitled to draw upon the drawee therefor or to order the payment or delivery thereof.
(B) No person shall issue in the city any check, draft, or order for the payment of money or the delivery of property in violation of the provisions of M.S. § 609.535, as it may be amended from time to time.
(C) Minnesota Statutes § 609.535, as from time to time amended, shall be and hereby is made a part of this section and incorporated herein by reference.
