§ 32.16 JURISDICTION. 
   The following public utilities shall be within the jurisdiction of the Commission.
   (A)   The city water system, including all facilities and appurtenances for the distribution and consumption of water.
   (B)   The light and power system, including all facilities and appurtenances for the distribution and consumption of light and power, and also any electric signal systems and street lighting systems.
   (C)   Gas distribution system, if any.
   (D)   Under and pursuant to the authority stated in M.S. § 412.351, as it may be amended from time to time, jurisdiction over the sewage treatment system of the city, including but not limited to the sewage disposal plant and sewage collection system within the city, shall be transferred from the city to the Public Utilities Commission.
