§ 95.06 SALE OF TREES BY LANDOWNER.

Upon prior written consent of the City Tree Inspector, any landowner may remove and sell trees at his or her own exclusive expense; in such cases the city shall have no responsibility for the cost of removal or sale of the tree or trees involved.
