§ 94.01 CITY PARK; HOURS OF OPERATION.

The area commonly known as the Preston City Park shall be closed to the public between the hours of 12 midnight to 6 a.m. each and every day. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to be in the park during the hours it is closed.
