§ 30.13 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS.
   Pursuant to M.S. § 176.011, Subdivision 9, clause 5, as it may be amended from time to time, the elected officials of the city and those municipal officers of the city appointed for a regular term of office, shall be and hereby are included in and under the coverage of the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Act.
