§ 72.06 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
   The owner of every snowmobile who resides within the city shall register his or her ownership of the snowmobile with the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer, and shall give the Administrator/Clerk-
Treasurer such information as is from time to time required with reference to the snowmobile owned by him or her. The Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer shall be and hereby is authorized and directed to keep and maintain, for public inspection, a register showing the name and address of each owner of a snowmobile who resides with the city, and the make, model, year and serial number of each snowmobile so owned.
