(A) Interference with emergency and maintenance vehicles. No person shall operate a snowmobile within the city in such a manner as to interfere in any way with the operation of any emergency or maintenance vehicle.
(B) Use of snowmobiles on private property. No person shall operate a snowmobile over or across any sidewalk or boulevard within the city, or over and across lawns or other private property, unless with the written consent of the legal owner of the private property.
(C) Towing of certain devices. No person shall operate a snowmobile within the city while towing or pulling in any manner skis, sleds, or any other device or vehicle connected to the snowmobile by means of rope or other similar flexible material; the operation of a snowmobile while towing a sled with a rigid hitch shall be permitted.
(D) Operation of snowmobiles in posted public grounds. No person shall operate a snowmobile within any park or public grounds within the city which are posted by authority of the City Council as prohibited to the operation of snowmobiles.
