All of the provisions of Ordinances nos. 131 and 133 relating to the regulation of the operation and use of motor vehicles within the city, insofar as they are reasonably applicable to the operation of snowmobiles, shall apply to the operation and use of snowmobiles within the city; for the purposes hereof, Ordinance no. 131 and Ordinance no. 133 of the city shall be incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
