Angle parking is prohibited except in the following areas. Except as herein stated, all vehicles shall park parallel to the curb.
(A) Main Street, southerly side, between St. Anthony Street and Houston Street.
(B) Main Street, northerly side, from St. Paul Street to a point 80 feet east of St. Anthony Street.
(C) Pleasant Street, easterly side, from Fillmore Street to a point 110 feet south.
(D) Washington Street, easterly side, from Kansas Street to a point 100 feet north.
(E) Houston Street, westerly side, from a point 80 feet north to a point 130 feet north of Hwy 52.
(F) Kansas Street, northerly side and southerly side, between Franklin Street and Washington Street.
(G) Fillmore Street, southerly side, between St. Anthony Street and St. Paul Street.
