§ 71.03 PARKING PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle, whether attended or unattended, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic control device, in any of the following places.
      (1)   At any place where official signs prohibit stopping, including those signs which prohibit parking or stopping during certain periods of time, as stated thereon.
      (2)   On a sidewalk.
      (3)   In front of a public or private driveway.
      (4)   Within an intersection.
      (5)   Within ten feet of a fire hydrant.
      (6)   On a crosswalk.
      (7)   Within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing beacon, stop sign, or traffic control signal located at the side of a roadway.
      (8)   At any place when stopping, standing, or parking would unreasonably obstruct the flow of traffic.
      (9)   Within 20 feet of the driveway to the City Fire Station.
      (10)   Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when stopping, standing, or parking would obstruct traffic.
      (11)   Along the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street.
      (12)   Upon any bridge or other elevated structure upon a highway or within a highway tunnel.
      (13)   In an alley.
      (14)   At any place where official signs prohibit stopping or parking.
   (B)   No person shall, for camping purposes, leave or park a house trailer on any street or the right-of-way thereof.
   (C)   Yellow paint shall indicate no parking zones, and no vehicle shall be parked thereon.
   (D)   All vehicles shall be parked in designated parking stalls.
   (E)   No person shall park any vehicle including any recreational vehicle, utility trailer or farm implement upon any street within the corporate limits of the city and leave it standing for more than 24 consecutive hours.
