§ 71.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply, unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RECREATION CAMPING VEHICLE. Applies to the following:
      (1)   CAMPING TRAILER. A folding structure, mounted on wheels and designed for travel, recreation and vacation uses.
      (2)   MOTOR HOME. A portable, temporary building to be used for travel, recreation and vacation, constructed as an integral part of a self-propelled vehicle.
      (3)   PICK-UP COACH. A structure designed to be mounted on a truck chassis for use as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreation and vacation.
      (4)   TRAVEL TRAILER. A vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreational, and vacation uses, permanently identified "Travel Trailer" by the manufacturer of the trailer.
   STREET or HIGHWAY. The entire width between property lines of every way or place of whatever nature, when any part thereof is open to the use of the public, as a matter of right, for the purpose of vehicular traffic.
   UTILITY TRAILER. Any vehicle or structure so designed for transportation and/or storage of goods, materials, livestock, equipment, boats, snowmobiles, and the like and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance on highways or streets, propelled or drawn by other motive power.
   VEHICLE. Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported upon any highway or street, excepting devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
