(A) Any person or individual driving and/or operating a motor vehicle or other vehicle within the limits of the city in such a manner as to create or cause unnecessary engine noise or tire squeal; skid or slide upon acceleration or stopping; or that simulates a temporary race; or that causes the vehicle to unnecessarily turn abruptly, shall be guilty of exhibition driving.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of division (A) of this section as above stated shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction for a violation hereof shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
