§ 52.06 UTILITY CHARGES MAY BE IMPOSED WHEN LAND IS DEVELOPED.
   At such time as undeveloped land referred to in § 52.04(D) and (E) above is developed, the city may impose equitable utility fees upon such land not otherwise exempt under the terms of this subchapter.
