§ 52.01 STORM WATER DRAINAGE UTILITY.
   A storm water drainage utility for the city shall be and hereby is established. The municipal storm sewer system shall be operated as a public utility pursuant to M.S. § 444.075, as it may be amended from time to time, from which revenue will be derived pursuant to applicable Minnesota statutes.
