Each customer shall pay sewer service charges for the use of and for the service supplied by the municipal sanitary sewer system based upon the amount of water consumed as follows:

First 1,500 | $26.73 (minimum bill) |
Next 8,500 | $15.53 per 1,000 gallons |
Next 30,000 | $12.89 per 1,000 gallons |
All over 40,000 | $5.33 per 1,000 gallons |
