PREFACE

The Prague City Code, originally published by Oklahoma Municipal League in 1983, has been kept current by regular supplementation. In 2000, Sterling Codifiers began providing supplement service for the City Code.

This City Code of the City of Prague, as supplemented, contains ordinances and resolutions up to and including Ordinance 482, passed May 13, 2019, and Resolution 98-07, passed September 14, 1998. Ordinances and resolutions of the City adopted after said ordinance and resolution supersede the provisions of this City Code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the City office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the Code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
