8-704: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:

A. Any person who knowingly violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as set by the City. (Ord. 459, 11-9-2015, eff. 11-9-2015)
