A. All inoperative or unlicensed vehicles that are kept outdoors shall be placed to the rear of the front wall of the principal building on a parcel of land. Said vehicles shall be concealed from view by neighboring property owners, to the greatest feasible extent. Said concealment shall be in the form of fencing or screening that is approved by the Building Administrator. (Ord. 2018-01, 1-8-2018)
